Daranee makes the trip to the Los Angeles fish market before dawn, selecting the day's catch alongside the city's sushi chefs. What she brings back shapes the menu that evening.
Pan-Seared Ahi Starter
Perfectly seared, marinated ahi tuna, sliced thin and paired with a zesty house-made ginger remoulade. Plated with delicate greens and edible blossoms, this light, flavorful bite is a signature Asian fusion starter.

MU's bar program is built around craft and intention. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday, 4:30 to 7pm — a good reason to arrive early and linger.
